Dear Lake Association Presidents
The County of Haliburton recently made the decision to proceed with a Physician Recruitment Coordinator and Paul has graciously allowed me to reach out to the County lake associations through the CHA email distribution process.
There are opportunities to practice full time anywhere in Haliburton County and receive funding from both the County of Haliburton and the Province of Ontario. There are also opportunities to work part-time as a summer Locum or pick up some emergency shifts at the Haliburton Hospital.
I would be very grateful if you could please forward this information to your members and encourage anyone that is a family or emergency medicine physician, or who knows of someone who might be interested in hearing more about what Haliburton County can offer. I will be more than pleased to follow up directly with them.
